As a clinical psychologist with over 20 years experience, I specialize in stress, trauma, and critical crisis intervention.

One-on-One Consultations

I have worked with many individuals, and with professionals from many industries. Their challenges range from life crisis, trauma, depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem to conflicts and relationship issues. Many people simply aren’t fulfilled or happy with life and want to find deeper meaning.

The crisis, stress, and trauma work I do has shown me that people can – within a very short time – return to a happy, normal state after a difficult, overwhelming, or heart-breaking experience.
