This is a great routine. I do something similar and now it’s part of my life and on my daily morning schedule. And of course I am a Yoga lover. I can’t live without it. It has not always been like this and I can relate to what it’s like to reach for the iPhone in the morning. It takes focus, dedication and persistence to create a new routine.
