02 Jan Happy New Year!
RIGHT NOW…CONTINOUS TO BE BRAND NEW IN EVERY SINGLE SECOND AND MOMENT AWARENESS. Something happened today to mark the ‘new’ for me. Read below and reflect over what you can do to symbolically mark that ‘new’ thing or feeling that can be an anchor for the new consciousness in moment-to-moment awareness. xx
It is time for me to…

For the last few days (subconsciously) I thought that perhaps I should cut my hair to mark the beginning of 2016 and to welcome the new. I didn’t expect that it would happen. Then, today I met a lovely family. Their hospitality was so caring and nurturing. The mother tells me that she has a beauty parlour. She looked at me and said, ‘I want to cut your hair.’ I uttered, ‘okay’, and humbly surrendered to the spontanous moment of flow. She took me downstairs and cut my hair as four kids jumped all over me. I am definately in a place of inner calmness and grateful for the amazing Indian hospitality. May we all be blessed by the grace of peace as we open ourselves to the invisible force of WALKING INTO IT.
And so I did. I walked into it again. Traveling over a few months can certainly cause the ultimate hair challenge. I must tell you that something was not right with that haircut. Yet, I told myself I just had to put up with it and let it grow. Well, today I went to a coffee shop and noticed a Hair & Beauty place. I spontaneously thought I would treat myself to a pedicure. Then the lady started looking at my hair and asked if I wanted a haircut. I politely said I had just cut my hair. By who, she asked. ‘It has no connection’. I told her the story. After reassuring me that it would not get much shorter, and that it will flow with more connection I was convinced. Why not! Even when we travel for extended periods of time it is important to Connect • Focus • Flow™ with our hair. It can be a challenge away from the comfort of home, but at the same time it helps us out of the comfort zone.
Accepting wherever we are and whatever we are doing — parings peace to our heart of being.
Namaste xx
