16 Apr Diving Into It — Vipassana
YES, it is my fourth day back from a silent 10-day Vipassana retreat. It’s time to integrate the practice into my life. It is another step.
Before I did the silent retreat I invited people to come with me. But it’s not too late to start. Any day is a good day to start. I am continuing to practice the self observation.
The word Vipassana means to look inside. This is a silent retreat without doing anything (no Yoga, no writing, no walking, no internet, no computer, phone or contact with the outside world). Just meditation and self observation. I am looking forward to deepen my meditation practice and to swim in the ocean of the supreme power of consciousness…and to enjoy the spaciousness of stillness and bliss. Just me, my body, mind, soul and the entire universe.
I invite you to join me on this adventure. I encourage you to find time and space for silence. Be it 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes a day. Just find time to be with yourself in silence and stillness. I would really appreciate if you would like to make any comments and feedback here on this page during this time.
Lets do this together – wherever you are, you can join me.
Happiness always 🙂 🙂
