07 Feb Ways to snap out of it
Open your mind to new horizons, experiences and possibilities.
Give yourself the permission to try new things and new doors will open that enrich your life with peace, confidence and happiness. Open mindedness and movement allow new things to happen naturally.
Invite something new into your life by experimenting with the ways to snap out of it, shared in this video (10 minutes long, not 17 minutes as shown).
It works, if you do it. Consistency is the secret, though. When we do something different it takes us out of the comfort zone and change starts to happen. Notice any thoughts of fear coming up. And snap it! Repeat it over and over as many times you like and notice how your mind becomes more positive. When we snap out of the old, destructive patterns, we stop spinning around with the same old mantra that creates negativity.
It means to open a new door, a new pathway in the brain. A door that expands your horizon and allows you to feel good about yourself. It is a place where you don’t take things personally, don’t judge yourself or others for what you are doing differently or not doing. Expectations are transformed into loving kindness and acceptance of where you are at.
At times when you catch your negative thoughts, doubting yourself let your moment-to-moment awareness whisper in a subtle voice:
I am worthy.
I trust my intuition.
I am good enough.
Just repeat it to yourself, over and over and allow that subtle voice to be present without judgment. Give it room.
When you feel good about yourself, you can more easily stay true to yourself and trust your intuition. Then things happen that is for your own best good; as I talked about in the previous video – Right here. Right now. Let it go and loosen up.
