This is a great routine. I do something similar and now it’s part of my life and on my daily morning schedule. And of course I am a Yoga lover. I can’t live without it. It has not always been like this and I can relate to what it’s like to reach for the iPhone in the morning. It takes focus, dedication and persistence to create a new routine.

brisk walking and jog around the village
healthy breakfast with my bulletproof coffee at the side.
mental relaxation and meditation..
and viola. I’m ready for the day!

I love the routines that become part of our healthy lifestyle that gives us harmony in everyday life. After many years of regular running I have now done yoga every day since 2012. The subtle changes this has made to my health and lifestyle is amazing. Last year I also started doing some strengthening exercises which has also enhanced my Yoga practice.
