    My morning routine includes
    brisk walking and jog around the village
    healthy breakfast with my bulletproof coffee at the side.
    mental relaxation and meditation..
    and viola. I’m ready for the day!

    Hello! Thank you for connecting and sharing your morning routine. Great to hear. I love the routines that become part of our healthy lifestyle that gives us harmony in everyday life. After many years of regular running I have now done yoga every day since 2012. The subtle changes this has made to my health and lifestyle is amazing. Last year I also started doing some strengthening exercises which has also enhanced my Yoga practice. I walk in the mountains as often as I can. Keep up the great work. Happy Easter!     So far, my morning routine only includes taking a bath right after waking up and breakfast. Thank you so much for sharing this. I really learned something from it. Keep it up! I will surely keep this in mind and share this with others as well.
