We know that meditation enhances our well being…Why are we not doing it? Or are we doing it without being aware of it? Any time we are at peace with our inner self in harmony and balance — I believe we are in a natural meditative state of mind…and when we are at peace we are happy and experience all the benefits that meditation offers us. So the questions becomes—What makes you feel at peace? This in itself will induce a natural state of meditation, just like falling asleep does when we are tired.
